Habit is destiny.
What you practice becomes habit.
Change your thinking and acting habits, change your life.
Change your feeling and identity habits, change your entire life.
If you start practicing new habits, then you can condition yourself to choose your new habits over your old habits; however, under stress your old habits will press and push to be chosen first again.
