The inner dialogue is not a dialogue but only the protraction of knowledge.
The knowledge of something consists in what it should be and what it should not be.
Listening to what something should be and should not be is not a dialogue but only listening to knowledge.
Focusing on what something should not be is not magic that it will either stop something or transform something.
By continuing to focus on the knowledge of what something should not be, you are continuing to serve and reap that.
