If you define a problem well enough, then you give birth to its solution.
If you work on the wrong problem, then you create more problems.
In order to define a problem accurately, you first must be willing to accept whatever the problem will reveal.
If you work on the symptoms instead of the underlying problem, then you safeguard and secure the problem.
The three stages of problem solving are always the same and always dependent upon the preceding stages to be effective: recognize, remove, and replace aka the 3Rs.
