We pick fruit early, and complain that it is not sweet.
We read poetry before we have sensibility, and complain that it has no purpose.
We study philosophy before we have internal experience, and complain that it is obscure.
We go to art museums before we have an open heart, and complain that it does not affect us.
We read psychology before we have awareness of our self-talk, and complain that it is too intellectual.

We hear about spirituality before we have experience of spirit in and around us, and complain that it is not real.
