Modern mindfulness is a misnomer, it should be called bodyfulness.
The point of modern mindfulness is not to be in the mind or soul, but in the body.
The point of spirituality is not to be in the mind or body, but in the soul or spiritual body.
Modern mindfulness is an escape from your authentic self into your physical self or body.
Modern mindfulness is a trick and a trap that provides solace through escape and avoidance of your inner life by focusing you on your outer life and the life of your body.
