#Hurt #Feelings: 2015-02-23

Problem one: You have hurt feelings.
Problem two: You respond badly when you feel hurt making things worse.
Solution one: Discover emotional maturity and emotional responsibility and stop hurting yourself.
Solution two: Practice emotional maturity and emotional responsibility and start responding to the negative in constructive ways.

Choose emotional maturity so that you can have and share a better way of life.
