#Attachment #Detachment: 2015-05-29

When you think that something is “impossible”, then you are defending your attachment to failing.
When you think that something is “hard or too hard”, then you are expressing your attachment to trying and failing.
When you think that something is “difficult”, then you are expressing your lack of detachment from trying and failing.
When you try to avoid or escape something that you consider difficult or hard, then you are protecting your attachment to it being hard.

When you procrastinate doing something that you consider difficult or hard, then you are not facing your attachment to it being difficult.
