#Where #When: 2015-10-20




  1. When you are in pain, ask yourself, in what place is the pain existing?
  2. When you are in pain, ask yourself, from what place are you relating to that pain?
  3. When you are suffering, ask yourself, in what space is the suffering occurring?
  4. When you are suffering, ask yourself, from what space are you relating to that suffering?
  5. When you focus on “where” something like pain or suffering is happening inside of you, then the “what” that is happening becomes less demanding and controlling, which allows you to cope and problem solve better.
