1. All your struggles are composed of your ego.
2. All your internal conflicts are composed of your ego.
3. All your emotional disturbances are composed of your ego.
4. All your mental problems are created by your ego taking sides against itself.
5. All your psychological problems are created by your ego playing games against and with itself.
6. Every contrary and false thing inside you exists as a claim to be able to do; therefore, stop claiming to do but admit to only host doing.
