7 Steps to Resigned Death: 04-18-2026

  1. First, you were a unique space, place, time, and seat of energy that you abandoned.
  2. Second, you envision yourself as a mannequin, a movie screen, a whiteboard, tabula rasa, an uncarved block of wood, an unformed statue/picture, all of which can be understood as an unformed mental object, ready to be projected onto.
  3. Third, you create a story by imagining this subject object (unformed mental object) as something in the past, present, and future.
  4. Fourth, you argue and worry about which concepts and images put over these subject objects are true and which work against the appearances you want to present to the world.
  5. Fifth, you submit to projecting one or a series of images for the sake of worldly appearances.
  6. Sixth, you adjust the projections as needed to achieve the desired effects you seek from others.
  7. Seventh, you devote your life to perfecting, projecting, and protecting the appearances that you desire.

ADHD Is a Chosen Defense Mechanism: 04-17-2026

  1. ADHD is a self-defeating rebellion.
  2. ADHD is when you rebel against authority and refuse to submit to it internally by short-circuiting long-term controls.
  3. ADHD is the ultimate act of rebellion because it disconnects long-term control from short-term control and generally resists submitting to long-term control.
  4. Because you have retained short-term controls, you must learn to combine long-term efforts with your short-term efforts.
  5. Because you have retained short-term controls, you must learn to combine long-term planning into your moments of short-term planning.
  6. Because you have retained short-term controls, you must make room for long-term actions whenever you find yourself engaged in short-term actions.
  7. Because you have retained short-term controls, you must condition yourself to accept long-term planning and scheduling alongside your short-term planning and scheduling.
  8. Always include some long-term with every short-term until you have reconditioned and rewired yourself to value and seek both sets of tools all the time.
