Change Your Habits with Habit: 07-20-2025

  1. To change your habits, practice better ones in their place.
  2. Habit is replaced by habit when you persistently practice new habits.
  3. To change your habits, imagine you are teaching them to your children and others because you are.
  4. To change your habits, change your awareness of the consequences of your habits as you perform them.
  5. To change your habits, make yourself despise the ones you want to stop and love the ones you want to start.
