Choose to Be Yourself, Your Inner Body: 10-05-2025

  1. Unlike plants and animals, you have two bodies. You have the physical body and the internal body.
  2. The desires, feelings, and experiences of any body are in that body, not a mind or other place. For example, the feelings of hunger and thirst are in the physical body.
  3. Choose to be yourself by having the desires of your internal body and know that the desires of a body are in that body, not the mind.
  4. Choose to be yourself by having the feelings of your internal body and know that the feelings of a body are in that body, not the mind.
  5. Choose to be yourself by embracing the experiences of your internal body and recognizing that these experiences reside within that body, not the mind.
  6. Give your internal body the freedom to host only the good by focusing it on what is good, better, and best.
