  1. Remove the attitude of heaviness from your thoughts, and they will not be used to excuse negative emotions and reactions.
  2. Remove the attitude of fearfulness from your thoughts, and they will not be used to excuse negative emotions and reactions.
  3. Remove the attitude of ponderousness from your thoughts, and they will not be used to excuse negative emotions and reactions.
  4. Remove the attitude of dire seriousness from your thoughts, and they will not be used to excuse negative emotions and reactions.
  5. Remove the attitude of burdensomeness from your thoughts, and they will not be used to excuse negative emotions and reactions.
