Pause & Wait: 05-01-2026

  1. Pause and pray.
  2. Pause and wait for inspiration.
  3. Pause and wait for a better response.
  4. Pause and wait for God to guide you.
  5. Pause and practice Mind-Moving (M-M) to recenter yourself.
  6. Pause and wait for your human responses to subside and be replaced by wise responses.
