Things Are Not Knowledge (GS): 10-24-2026

  1. If things are knowledge, then how can they exist without knowledge of them?
  2. If things are knowledge, then why doesn’t incorrect knowledge of them destroy them?
  3. If things are knowledge, then why doesn’t incomplete knowledge of them destroy them?
  4. If things are knowledge, then why don’t they change when knowledge about them changes?
  5. If things are knowledge, then can they exist for an individual lacking correct knowledge of them?
  6. If things are knowledge, then how can they be all the diverse and varying knowledge about them without structural damage and destruction?
  7. If things are knowledge, then how can they be all the competing and conflicting knowledge about them without internal conflicts that must destroy and fragment them?

Knowledge Is Never Reality (GS): 10-23-2026

  1. The ego is composed of knowledge, so the ego is whatever knowledge you claim it is.
  2. When spirituality is composed of knowledge, spirituality is whatever knowledge you claim it is.
  3. When beliefs are composed of knowledge, beliefs are whatever knowledge you claim they are.
  4. When memories are composed of knowledge, memories are whatever knowledge you claim they are.
  5. When experiences are composed of knowledge, experiences are whatever knowledge you claim they are.
  6. When a system of study (history, philosophy, political science, psychology, science, sociology) is composed of knowledge, that system and its outputs are whatever knowledge you claim them to be.
  7. You can argue about what knowledge something is or is not, but nothing is knowledge but knowledge, making all such arguments about anything but knowledge pointless.

Knowledge Replaces All: 10-22-2026

How Does the Ego Work?: 10-21-2026

  1. Life requires two separate awarenesses. First, awareness of the other (the observed). Second, awareness of the self (the observer).
  2. The first principle of life is direct awareness (contact) of the other (people, places, the observed, the outside, the physical body, things).
  3. This direct contact results in sensations (nonverbal experience).
  4. Ego hijacks your primary awareness (the observer), focusing it on the other (the observed) as knowledge (information, language, thoughts, words).
  5. As a result, sensations and existence are directly attributed to knowledge rather than to independent experience and reality. Knowledge replaces the observed.
  6. The second principle of life is awareness of the self as the experiencer of life. This is direct contact with the self as the active experiencer (the observer).
  7. This direct contact results in sensations (nonverbal experience) of the self (the observer).
  8. Ego hijacks your secondary awareness (the observer), focusing it on the self as knowledge (information, language, thoughts, words).
  9. As a result, sensations and awareness are directly attributed to knowledge rather than to an independent experiencing being (the observer, the self).
  10. Self becomes replaced with knowledge as the secondary awareness of your life (the observer). The self is now regarded as knowledge (concepts, images, thoughts).
  11. The observer and the observed are both made of thought, so they are one in their shared delusions, dreamlands, illusions, madness, and virtual realities that pass for life while consisting of dead things (thoughts).

What Is Non-Doing?: 10-20-2026What Is Non-Doing?: 10-20-2026

  1. Trying to do non-doing is still doing.
  2. Seeking to become non-doing is still doing.
  3. Non-doing is a state of being formless, so that doing can pass through the vessel you are.
  4. Non-doing is a state of you being still, so that doing can pass through the vessel that you are.
  5. Non-doing is a state of you being quiet, so that doing can pass through the vessel that you are.
  6. Non-doing is a state of you being empty, so that doing can pass through the vessel that you are.
  7. Non-doing is a state of you not knowing, so that doing can pass through the vessel that you are.
  8. Non-doing is a state of you being nobody, so that doing can pass through the vessel that you are.
  9. Non-doing is a state of you simply waiting, so that doing can pass through the vessel that you are.

  • Here are more clues that you can use to make your own sentences: being space, free of things, naked, non-being something, non-interfering, non-knowing, reflecting, retreating, returning, surrendering, unformed.

Non-Doing Is Not Something: 10-19-2026

  1. Non-doing cannot exist.
  2. Non-doing cannot be done.
  3. Non-doing cannot be achieved.
  4. Non-doing cannot be mastered.
  5. Non-doing is a state of being: nothing more and nothing less.

  • Do hosting, reflecting, and sharing, and nothing else.

  3. Find freedom from doing by finding freedom from being something.
  4. Find freedom from doing by identifying yourself as the host, not the hosted.
  5. Find freedom from doing by finding freedom from claiming to be, do, and know something.
  6. Find freedom from doing by focusing on your actual abilities: hosting, amplifying, resharing.

Embody Using Your Internal Body: 10-17-2026

  1. Embody means to encounter with your body so that your body experiences some event, interaction, or response, not just your mind.
  2. Insight alone will not change behavioral or psychological patterns. You need to embody insights for structural changes.
  3. When you embody with your physical body, it can be helpful for mechanical, material ego, and spiritual ego processes, but not for true spiritual processes.
  4. When you embody with your internal body, it can be helpful for mechanical and spiritual processes, but not for material or spiritual ego processes.
  5. Build up enough experiences of your inner body encountering better ways of living and relating, and they will be easier to implement and retrieve.

The Best Actor: 10-16-2026

  1. The worst actor: Thinks about being an actor playing a part.
  2. The worst actor puts three people on stage: themselves, the actor, and the part to be played.
  3. The lousy actor: Thinks they are an actor playing a part.
  4. The lousy actor puts two people on stage: themselves and the part they’re supposed to play.
  5. The competent actor: Thinks they must become the part to be played.
  6. The competent actor puts two people on stage: themselves as the part.
  7. The good actor: Thinks they must become lost in the part to be played.
  8. The good actor puts one person on the stage: the part.
  9. The best actor: Thinks they must learn the feelings, intentions, and responses of the part, and then play them as their own.
  10. The best actor puts one person on the stage: themselves with the feelings, intentions, and responses of the part.

  • All attempts to act as or portray another must result in internal division causing a degradation of the actor’s performance, presence, and impact.
  • When putting yourself on stage with different feelings, intentions, and responses, you will rarely mirror the character as written or as they existed in the past.  However, the performance will be an honest example of them in the world if you understood them correctly because you are present.
  • Since most adults are performing (two people) for those around them while simultaneously trying to monitor their performance (three people), most people are the worst kind of actors (split into three).
  • One rule to never break: Put only yourself on the stage.
