- The harder you work on your ego, the worse it gets.
- The harder you work on your anxiety and depression, the louder they become.
- The harder you work on yourself, the more distant you become from yourself.
- The harder you work on your bad habits, the more entrenched they become.
- There are constructive ways to approach such problems; however, they do not involve control or changing them, but switching from them.
- Why is it that working on psychological processes makes them worse? Because working on them is based on false assumptions of power and control that you will never have.
