Work Smarter, Not Harder: 01-21-2026

  1. The harder you work on your ego, the worse it gets.
  2. The harder you work on your anxiety and depression, the louder they become.
  3. The harder you work on yourself, the more distant you become from yourself.
  4. The harder you work on your bad habits, the more entrenched they become.
  5. There are constructive ways to approach such problems; however, they do not involve control or changing them, but switching from them.
  6. Why is it that working on psychological processes makes them worse? Because working on them is based on false assumptions of power and control that you will never have.
