- It is said that the observer is the observed by an observer about something they observed.
- There is no life or movement without an observer and an observed; for example, the observer eats their observed food.
- The observer is the observed when both are composed of thought, because both are thought (one substance); this is the case with the material and spiritual ego (self-esteem).
- Observing yourself as a mental object using a mental object makes the observed and the observer of the same nature (mental objects, semantic objects, thought-things), not the same or a single process.
- Be the silent and still host observing its contents, which are the observed. This process allows for truth and egolessness because you are the host that hosts, nothing more or less. The host is not the same nature as what it hosts, so the observer is not the observed.
