Overcome Your Mental Chaos: 11-05-2025

Use this five-step exercise to end the anarchy and chaos in your mind.

  1. Step One: Set up a screening system for thoughts. It will be strict, like airport security, passport applications, border checks, and entering a military base.
  2. Step Two: Ask the thoughts your favorite questions, such as, “Who are you?” “Why are you here?” “Where will you be living?” “What are your intentions?” “Who do you work for?” “Who are you visiting?” “When will you leave?” “Can you show me your ID?”
  3. Step Three: Require all thoughts to pledge allegiance to God and to serve God or to depart immediately, never to return.
  4. Step Four: Organize a system for your thoughts to live inside of and under. It will be most effective as a legal system composed of God’s laws or as a form of government that puts God first in all things.
  5. Step Five: Immediately kick out all thoughts that do not follow God’s laws and rules—no debates, excuses, questions, second chances, or trials allowed.
