1. You must test the sensations of the energy behind your feelings, intentions, and thoughts because they can be opposite, different, and not aligned with your conscious feelings, intentions, and thoughts.
2. You are responsible for what you serve, and what you serve has results based on its energies, not its words.
3. The sensations of negative energies are more destructive than boiling lava.
4. Negative and destructive energies will say anything to keep active in you.
5. You must prove the nature of the force behind the words and not judge by the appearance of the words alone.
6. Negative energies can be obvious when they actively engage in abusive, depressive, fearful, hateful, and self-critical ideation.
7. Negative and destructive energies will claim they are serving the highest virtues, while their results are only death, darkness, and destruction, like the Democrat Party in the USA.
8. Negative and destructive energies want you to pay compulsive and obsessive attention to them as they babble and ramble on endlessly, pretending to be you and your self-narratives and self-talk.
